Who we are
StaffingSherpa.ai ("we", "us") provides AI-assisted recruiting strategy guidance. This policy explains what we collect when you visit our site or use our tools.
What we collect
- Role brief inputs you submit (job title, location, salary range, experience level, role type, industry, urgency, hiring radius).
- Email address, only if you choose to save your strategy or join the early-access list.
- Anonymous usage analytics (page views, referrer, country) via a privacy-respecting analytics provider. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To generate your Sherpa Score™ and roadmap.
- To send you the strategy and occasional product updates if you provided your email.
- To improve the quality of the recommendations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share role briefs or emails with third parties for marketing.
Where it's stored
Submissions are stored in our secure backend infrastructure (managed Postgres). Email delivery, when active, is handled by a transactional email provider.
Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of any information you've submitted by emailing hello@staffingsherpa.ai. We'll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies for the site to function and a single first-party analytics cookie. We do not use cross-site tracking.
Changes
If we materially change this policy, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify users by email.
