By using StaffingSherpa.ai you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What we provide
StaffingSherpa.ai generates recruiting strategy guidance — a Sherpa Score™, channel recommendations, cost and timeline ranges, and (for Premium users) a full hiring roadmap — based on the role information you provide and our market models.
No guarantee of hiring outcome
Our recommendations are informed estimates, not guarantees. Actual hiring cost, time-to-hire, and channel performance vary based on factors outside our control. You are responsible for your own hiring decisions and any spend on third-party platforms.
Acceptable use
- Don't submit unlawful, discriminatory, or misleading job information.
- Don't attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
- Don't resell or redistribute outputs as your own product.
Payments (Premium)
Sherpa Roadmap is a one-time $29 unlock per role. Refunds are handled case-by-case within 7 days if the roadmap is materially incorrect. Email hello@staffingsherpa.ai.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated version.
